Project Open Arms

Colorado Springs is overflowing with qualified applicants that may be overlooked or bypassed for a variety of reasons.  CSSHRM has designed a program entitled Project Open Arms aimed at creating an increased awareness about the special circumstances surrounding hiring the spouses of military troops by local non-military employers.  CSSHRM has partnered with UCCS to conduct a survey of Colorado Springs employers measuring their perceptions of hiring military spouses.
