Student Outreach: Mentor Program
CSSHRM is proud to announce the creation of its local Mentor Program. A mentor program has benefits for the mentor, protégé, and the field of human resources. If you are a student or just looking to get some support in an area of HR you are welcome to sign up as a protégé. If you are an expert in an area of HR and would like to share your wisdom with others, please sign up to be a mentor and help the next generation of human resources professionals reach their prime.
Ready to get involved?
- Complete the protégé or mentor application form and follow the instructions for submittal.
- Your application will be reviewed and you will be matched as soon as possible. You may be contacted for more information about your interests and expertise.
- The rest is up to you and your match. The mentor relationship can be as formal or informal as you would like. The possibilities are endless.
