This class helps Human Resource professionals understand their fiduciary liabilities and responsibilities and gives them the knowledge to help employees better understand the company benefits, budgeting, and basic financial management. It provides the Human Resource professional the tools to educate their employees to take responsibility for their own financial wellness and security, which will increase morale and productivity without increasing company costs.
HRCI Certification Chair Becky Strickland has put together 9 sessions of a study group over the next three months. They have the following times and locations reserved for the study group:
